Mike Leuszler
Artist & Caricaturist
Mike Leuszler is a self-taught artist who has been honing his craft for over thirty years. In his spare time, he's done over twenty years of theater (acting, directing, tech, and design work), comics (small press mostly), and other fun design-related things.Mike specializes in cartooning, caricature, pen and ink, illustration, and digital graphics. He has also dabbled in collage, pencil work, and more. He has designed many theater sets, t-shirts, architectural renderings, pet portraits, has designed a cookbook character, has illustrated a role-playing game, has designed over a dozen websites (including designing the banners, backgrounds, buttons, etc.), and is now involved with ACEOs/ATC which is a miniature art movement that involves creating art on a 2.5" x 3.5" surface. He has recently done a three hour marathon of caricaturing at the Lorain Public Library South Branch site. He is also available for parties as a caricaturist.
Mike is great as a caricaturist for parties and gatherings. He comes with his paper and pens, and dashes off as many drawings as he can, while chatting it up with your guests and amusing the onlookers.
